Fluoride Varnish & Sealants
Get a quote
Fluoride varnish is a quick, safe coating painted onto the teeth to help prevent cavities. Along with sealants, it’s one of the easiest ways to protect teeth — especially in children.
Benefits
- Strengthens enamel, the tooth’s protective outer layer
- Builds resistance against decay-causing acids
- Slows early cavities and eases sensitivity
Who it helps
Children, people with sensitive or cavity-prone teeth, orthodontic patients, and older adults with exposed roots.
The process
The teeth are dried, the varnish is brushed on, and it sets on contact with saliva — the whole visit takes just minutes. Avoid brushing and hard foods for a few hours afterwards. Most people benefit from an application every 3–6 months.
